Installation and connection of the MSC at Avenue Gabriel 75008 Paris to the Paris urban chilled water network PR15697484

The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt intends to procure, on a noncompetitive basis, from Fraicheur de Paris, Paris, France, services for the installation and connection of the future Marine House Complex at 18 avenue Gabriel 75008 Paris (France) to the Paris urban chilled water network belonging the Mairie de Paris (Paris City Hall). This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain services for the installation and connection of the future Marine House Complex at 18 avenue Gabriel 75008 Paris (France) to the Paris urban chilled water network belonging to the Paris City Hall. Fraicheur de Paris is the sole company under contract with the Paris City Hall to install and provide access to the Paris urban chilled water network to buildings and dwellings in Paris intra-muros. In accordance with 41 USC 1901, the government has determined that Fraicheur de Paris is the only responsible source that is able to provide the required services. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will not be available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required services within seven (7) days of this publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Authority: 41 USC 1901.
