The Request For Price (RFP) will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov. 2nd Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the evaluation cirteria text for FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, specifically updating the Supplier Performance Risk Systems SPRS requirement under Evalution Factor 2.
