1.0 GENERAL The Government requires a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) wearable personal safety light. Must be visible from a distance of up to 5 miles in all directions. Must include a forward-facing work light. Must feature multiple user-selectable light color combinations, including but not limited to red, white, and blue, with up to 20 available color combinations.
