In accordance with FAR 6.103-1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for: P/N: E8000065-DR-PRIMARY Ambar 800-2 Description: Inflatable Collar Qty: 1 each P/N: Not available Description: UV Package Qty: 2 each P/N: E8000123-DR-PRIMARY Ambar 800-3 Description: Inflatable Collar Qty: 2 each to Wing Inflatables, Inc., 3701 Mt Diablo Blvd, Suite 100, Lafayette, CA 94549-3514 as the manufacturer and sole distributor. These collars are a direct replacement for existing collars and are required for seamless integration into existing systems worldwide which allows for configuration compliance. Therefore, the collars can only be bought from Wings Inflatable, Inc. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 06/29/2026 @ 2 PM PST. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-DB0000M/EB0000M-0403 and must provide a clear and concise capability statement to show the ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability and schedule.
