Expression of Interest - Independent Building Inspection Services PR15720825 The U.S. Government requests companies with the proficiency and financial means to bid on the Independent Building Inspection Services Scope of work includes: This SOW defines building inspection and reporting services to be performed by the Building Inspection Contractor at the Jupiter Rising housing complex in Pretoria, South Africa. This Inspection aims to assess known and unknown (latent and/or concealed) deficiencies in five (5) newly constructed houses to identify a list of remediation items required for incorporation before Embassy Pretoria could consider them ready for residential occupancy by USG. A full scope of work is attached. A compulsory site meeting will be held at 270 Jupiter Street, Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria, South Africa on 15 December 2025 at 11am.
