The material will be loaded into the purchaser s conveyance by Government personnel. Due to loading limitations, vehicle height must not exceed 12.5 feet, as depot equipment cannot accommodate taller conveyances. The property is offered for sale as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY IS NOT WARRANTED. PICTURES ARE NOT WARRANTED. This property is located on a secure military installation. Inspection and pickup are by confirmed appointment only, Monday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays. Access requirements include valid government-issued photo identification, compliance with installation security procedures, and escort while on site.
