This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-25-Q-9004A as an RFQ. 2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b). 3) CLIN 0001 - Leadership Development Service 4) A detailed description of the requirement can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement. 5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with pricing information. Please read the PWS and accompanying attachment, titled, Evaluation of Commercial Items, carefully. There are no formating requirements. 6) Questions will be accepted until Thursday August 8th at 4pm Est.. A question and answer sheet will then be attached to this solicitation NLT 12 August 2025 at 4pm Est.
