The 366 Contracting Squadron (366 CONS) of the 366 Fighter Wing (366 FW) is conducting market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of potential business sources qualified and able to compete for a contract to provide a In Flight Monitoring at Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648. Please review the requirement description below. The In-flight monitoring is expected to monitor pilot biometrics and cabin altitude in order to protect and give early warnings to pilots. The information in this notice is based on the most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. This announcement serves as the first step for 366 CONS to determine the viability of setting aside this requirement for competition solely within or among certain small businesses in selected categories.
