Illumina, Inc. is the only source capable of providing the required equipment, services, and licenses. No other vendor is authorized or technically able to meet the Government s requirements. This notice is being distributed exclusively through the SAM.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for updates. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 16.5. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
