COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 13232SA25Q0681 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-05 dated 08/07/2025. This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 334516 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Please see Specification document. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Delivery is required within 90 days of the award. This requirement shall be FOB Destination. Any and all costs required to deliver the equipment to the USDA, ARS Biosciences Research Laboratory at 1616 Albrecht Boulevard North in Fargo, ND 58102 shall be included in your quote.
