NAICS Code: 811412 Appliance Repair and Maintenance a. If a different NAICS code is suggested, please include the proposed NAICS code and rationale. 2. Description: The Ute Mountain Ute Health Center (UMUHC) located in Towaoc, CO, has an upcoming requirement for a bi-annual Preventive Maintenance Agreement for six (6) HVAC units. The scope includes scheduled inspections, testing, and cleaning of HVAC systems, as well as as-needed repair and replacement of defective components.
