Under the following purchase request, 375 CONS intends to procure services which includes labor, tools, chemical, and equipment necessary to perform cooling tower, closed loop, and coupon rack systems water/chemical monitoring, sampling and treatment for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment located at various facilities on Scott AFB, IL. There are a total of 13 cooling towers with 11 sumps located at 8 different facilities. Please note that the two towers at B1700 share a common sump, the two towers at B1900 share a common sump, and the three towers at B44 each have their own sump.
