Capable vendors must prepare and sequence a total of 33 samples (provided by NCATS), and will provide NCATS the data upon completion. The Contractor shall provide a single-cell multi-nomics platform that allows combined single-cell RNA sequencing with DNA barcoded antibodies that target up to 325 distinct proteins for 33 sample hPSC-SNs under different inflammatory conditions.
