This Pre-Solicitation Notice is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation is anticipated and forthcoming. All questions regarding this Pre-Solicitation should be submitted in writing via email to Brantley Dowell at the email indicated at the bottom of this page. OVERVIEW: Howard A. Hansan Dam need of emergency powerline repair from Poles #62 - #68. A powerline was disconnected at Pole #62 and needs to be reattached. Ground wire will need to be reconnected and restrung as well from Pole #62 - #68. At this time no fuses appear to be blown. SOLICITATION: A soliciation will be sent out to any interested party. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All contractors proposing on Department of Defense (DoD) solicitations must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. The purpose of this database is to provide basic business information and capabilities to the Government. The SAM website can be accessed at https://sam.gov.
