Housing/Facilities Make Ready Painting Services 19AS2025Q0019

SCOPE The Contractor shall provide make ready painting-Patching, minor drywall/plaster repair, and related services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government within the Australian Capital Territory for the U.S Embassy Canberra. The Contractor shall furnish services under task orders issued by the Contracting Officer. TYPE OF CONTRACT This contract is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract with firm-fixed prices. Task orders will be priced and payable entirely in the currency indicated in the SF1442. The Government will not pay any additional sums due to any escalation in the cost of materials, equipment or labor, or because of the Contractor's failure to properly estimate or accurately predict the cost or difficulty of achieving the results required by this contract. Nor will the contract price be adjusted due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rates. The Government will make changes in the contract price or time to complete only due to changes made by the Government in the work to be performed, or by delays caused by the Government.
