NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of SRF Japan, is negotiating on a firm fixed price SUPPLY - type contract: FOR THE PURCHASE OF 4730 – HOSE ENDS. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 09/16/2025 with a closing date of on or about 09/19/2025. Requirement is being procured using FAR part 12 and 13 procedures. This submission will be posted to the SAM.GOV website for electronic submission of proposals/quotes. This requirement is for a 100% Small Business Set Aside for NOMENCLATURE. The destination Yokosuka, Japan. ***NO PARTS WILL SHIP TO BREMERTON, WASHINGTON***. If your business entity is submitting a quote, please specify the following: -The Manufacturer -The country of origin (COO) -After Receipt of Order (ARO), also known as the estimated time or arrival -Confirm that the part will ship to Yokosuka, Japan and not Bremerton, Washington. NAVSUP WSS Transportation will work with the contractor to coordinate shipping. -Provide all pertinent specifications or equal to specifications if applicable. NAVSUP WSS Transportation is at no cost to the Contractor and is mandatory according to page 3 of the solicitation.
