The service is needed to protect the Army's brand integrity, prevent trademark infringement, provide auditable tracking of licensed products, and enhance the Army's public image. The service supports the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs (OCPA). Performance shall occur at the contractor's facility. This service is commercial, as secure printing and online brand protection portal services are customarily available in the commercial marketplace.
