The 49th Contracting Squadron at Holloman AFB, NM is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a multi-ship civilian jet aerobatic demonstration team for the upcoming 2026 Air Show & Open House, scheduled for April 16-19, 2026. 2.0 REQUIREMENT The Government is seeking qualified performers capable of providing 2 aircraft for performances (P-40 and P-47) and 1 aircraft for a static display (OV-10). The required services include, but are not limited to: Performing one (1) demonstration with both P-40 and P-47 per show day (two total). The standard performance shall be approximately 20 minutes in duration. The team must also have a modified, shorter routine for inclement weather. The team must be a fully-formed, established team with significant experience performing together. All pilots must possess current FAA Statement of Aerobatic Competency (SAC) cards and all necessary ratings. The vendor must be able to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance compliant with FAR 52.228-5, Insurance Work on a Government Installation. The team must possess current and valid DoD-recognized airshow certification and be able to provide DD Forms 2400, 2401, and 2402 upon request. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for this service. 3.0 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Interested parties who consider themselves fully qualified to provide this service must submit a capability statement. The statement shall be submitted via email to the point of contact listed below and should not exceed five (5) pages. The capability statement must include: Company Information: Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity ID (UEI). Point of Contact: Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address. Business Size: Business size and any applicable socio-economic status (e.g., Small Business, Woman-Owned, etc.). Narrative: A detailed narrative demonstrating the ability to meet the requirements listed in Section 2.0. This narrative should include: A description of the aircraft team. A list of at least three (3) similar performances at DoD-sponsored or other major North American airshows within the last three (3) years.
