Technical Data is not currently available to support the purchase of the Hoisting Unit, Aircraft. The three approved sources are Boeing, Warren, and Deval. Technical Data can only be procured by the three approved sources. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Interested parties who have the capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size and socio-economic status as applicable. The proposed contractual action will be a single-award, Firm Fixed Price, One Time Buy (OTB), with maximum quantities listed above. Three responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy this agency's requirement. The Boeing Company is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), but as such has authroized the use of its technical data to Warren Machine Technology Inc. and Deval Life Cycle Support LLC. Interested parties must have secured the rights to the technical data package to provide for this acquistion. If a new source acquires the proprietary data from the approved OEM during the contract period of performance, the new source can compete in future procurements.
