The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking qualified contractors to provide Swimming Pool and Equipment Preventive Maintenance Services for U.S. Government-managed real property under a fixed-price contract. The selected contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to carry out preventive maintenance for swimming pools and associated equipment. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. All offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
