The US Consulate General in Hermosillo will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov and on local US Consulate website when it is available. The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking qualified contractors to provide Grounds, Irrigation, and Landscape Maintenance Services under a fixed-price contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform gardening, groundskeeping, and irrigation maintenance at the U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period from the date of the contract award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. All offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
