This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A-25-P-A006, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. CLIN0001, MWNS upgrade, QTY 1 JOB: The New Hampshire Air National Guard has a requirement for "High-Power Speaker Array"(HPSA) upgrade on Pease AFB. HPSA Upgrade project aims to enhance base safety by replacing the existing ATI HPSS16 siren system with a new Siren Mass Notification System that is interoperable with Monaco s D-21, Emergency Management System. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in the Statement of Work(SOW).
