Heritage Survey at Rabbit Ears Manganese Mine 1284LM26Q4001

A BPA Call Order will be issued against an existing LMIR Blanket Purchase Agreement for Heritage Survey Services at the Rabbit Ears Manganese Mine. Respondents must already hold an LMIR BPA that includes Heritage Survey Services for the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests and Thunder Basin National Grassland. Attachments to respond include the BPA Call Order Form, Price Quote-Schedule of Items, submittal instructions, the statement of work, a map, and an experience questionnaire. The statement of work has been amended to incorporate safety information, pre-CERCLA considerations, and a location map.

Only firms with the specified LMIR BPA may respond, and submittals must follow the attached instructions and include the requested materials. The work is scoped under the revised SOW, which should be consulted for safety, pre-CERCLA, and location details before bidding.
