It must include priced options for the replacement of furniture, appliances, and hallway refresh. These options should be listed as separate CLINs, with an itemized price breakdown for each. For example: CLIN0001: Base Proposal CLIN0002: Furniture Option CLIN0003: Appliance Option Additionally, all items currently on the walls will be removed by the customer. The design must allocate a dedicated space to display MARSOC colors. The initial proposal should emphasize an overarching theme reflecting MARSOC, Marine Corps Raiders, and their heritage.
