DESCRIPTON OF WORK: The Helena, Arkansas Floodwall Replacement Project is located in Phillips County Arkansas and is approximately 3,700 linear feet in length and is divided into (3) segments: northern, middle and southern segments. This replacement project is for the replacement of approximately 1,600 linear feet of floodwall that only includes the northern and middle segments.
