This contract is for services to support HEC by assisting in activities associated with software maintenance and minor enhancements to HEC java software related to ecosystems code, with a focus on HEC-EFMSim. Services to be performed include: Evaluating and classifying issues within the existing software code. Performing bug fixes in code. Providing minor modification or enhancements to the code. Providing field support activities. Supporting HEC by attending and actively participating in meetings. Providing supporting documentation.
