DLA Aviation intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c)((1)(A); A portion of the procurement is for Honeywell brand name components: Minitrend Graphic Recorder with additional SD card reader, HC900 Control Edge Process & Safety Controller, UDC-2800 Temperature Controller, and one (1) additional license for Honeywell Trend Manager Pro software. These Honeywell brand name components are for the procurement of a Heat Treat System with Integral Quench Furnace (IQF) in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 25-40-1013. The contractor shall provide Heat Treat System with Integral Quench Furnace (IQF) with Honeywell brand name components: Minitrend Graphic Recorder with additional SD card reader, HC900 Control Edge Process & Safety Controller, UDC-2800 Temperature Controller, and one (1) additional license for Honeywell Trend Manager Pro software. This procurement also includes the following turnkey services: training, technical data (i.e. manuals, drawings), IUID tag, shipping, Rigging, and installation.
