FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract and FAR 17.2 Options will apply. Support for this item will be based on FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Support of the item will be based on Customer Direct and DLA Direct Deliveries. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This notice should not be construed as a commitment by DLA Troop Support for any purpose. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
