The U.S. Embassy London requires health insurance coverage for the locally employed staff of the US Consulate General in Hamilton, Bermuda. The anticipated performance period is a base year with four one-year option periods which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the U.S. Government. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustment requirements under which will be issued firm, fixed-price task orders. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference is in the solicitation. This opportunity is subject to FAR 52.229-12 Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements.
