This requirement is requesting pricing for a 12-month base period, and four (4) 12-month option periods. Period of Performance: Base Period: 09/30/2026-09/29/2027 Option Period 1: 09/30/2027-09/29/2028 Option Period 2: 09/30/2028-09/29/2029 Option Period 3: 09/30/2029-09/29/2030 Option Period 4: 09/30/2030-09/29/2031 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation with additional information included in this notice.
