USCG Base Kodiak has a requirement for Hazardous Waste Pick-up and Disposal, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Service Contract Labor Standards are applicable. The fill-in for FAR 5.222-42 is Supply Technician, GS-7 (plus hazardous differential) USCG is seeking a firm-fixed price quote for these services. The period of performance requires a shipment no later than 90 days from the date of award. FAR Clauses and Provision applicable to this requirement can be found in the solicitation attachment. Evaluation criteria is best value, in accordance with the attachment. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission. Where FAR clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to, the following: In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004.
