Refurbish and consolidate a single-source supply package for the department’s existing hazardous materials detection equipment inventory (including MultiRAE and ToxiRAE Pro monitors). The vendor must provide end-to-end logistics and procurement of a complex bill of materials sourced from multiple OEMs, ensuring all components are compatible and the life-safety equipment remains ready for operational use.

The required package covers a multi-item BOM including calibration gases and gas standards, various gas sensors and sensor modules (e.g., H2S, HCN, Cl2, CO, LEL), cradles for ToxiRAE Pro AutoRAE 2 and MultiRAE, PID sensor module, pump/cradle assemblies, ISO calibration gas, a rechargeable Li-ion battery, and related spare parts. Respondents should submit a capabilities statement demonstrating relevant past performance, the ability to manage a turnkey, multi-OEM refurbishment, and the capability to perform at least half of the work in-house, along with information on small-business status and potential teaming or contracts vehicles.
