The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Criminal Investigation (CI), intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the acquisition of Hard Drives and Removable Media in accordance with the specifications and quantities identified in the attached solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as an open-market commercial product acquisition. Award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology to the responsible Quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation requirements, is determined technically acceptable, and provides the lowest evaluated price. This notice constitutes the solicitation for this requirement.
