The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to Panda Machine Tools Inc., in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to provide a Manufacturer Trained Certified Technician to perform on-site, preventative maintenance, repair, calibration, and remedial services, on two (2) Hankook Vertical Turning Centers (VTC). This requirement consists of one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. A Sources Sought notice was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov from 20 February 2025 to 28 February 2025, in which the Government received no capable sources indicating capability in performing the requirement by the posted due date. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5 million. The Product Service Code is J049 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment. Please note the following: *This solicitation is available upon request only. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.
