CONTRACTOR LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: For an offer to be considered for award, the Contractor shall: 1. Provide the contracting officer with a valid construction business license to perform construction work in Japan (Kensetsugyo Kyokasyo), if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer; 2. Be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract; and 3.
