Existing door is an Assa Abloy Megadoor VL3190, and replacement must be of the same type and brand. The brand name requirement was documented on the attached Limited Competition Justification. Place of delivery and acceptance is 115th Fighter Wing, Madison, WI, and f.o.b. point is destination. Applicable solicitation provisions and clauses are listed in the attached SF 1449.
