Luke AFB has a five year requirement for the hangar door roll-up maintenance and repair IAW the submitted PWS (performance work statement). The work to be completed under this requirement consists of providing for the following services: inspections and maintenance on all overhead rollup and sectional doors (semi-annual), scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs, and management support of all assigned hangar roll-up doors, and associated equipment in strict compliance with the specifications of the proceeding contract and PWS. For any questions about the requirement please email the POCs by 29 May 2026. For any site visit requests please request by 22 May 2026. Actual site visit would take place the week of 25-29 May. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

**UPDATE AS OF 15 JUNE 2026: AMENDMENT 0002 - Since posting the amendment, we received another request to clarify the PWS further. Please see attached updated PWS with changes to sections 1.2.4.1 and 1.3. Proposals have been extended to 18 June at 1000.** **AMENDMENT 0001 - A discrepancy between our PWS and Bid Schedule was brought to our attention as well as a few other items. Please see attached updated PWS with changes made to 1.3 and Table 1.0 as well as updated bid schedule.
