The proposed prices are Firm Fixed Price and will be contractually binding rates for all categories and years. The contractor shall take into account the most recent revision of the applicable Department of Labor Wage Determination pertaining to each specific county. The contract will have a five year and 6-month ordering/option. Period of performance dates for each project will be specified in each task order.
