DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. This procurement is being conducted as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Only firms verified as SDVOSBs in the Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at the time of quote submission and at the time of award are eligible for award. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, is seeking qualified contractors to provide Triennial Electrical Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Services for the facility s Electrical Power Distribution System, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
