This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSBs must be listed and certified at SBA.gov or https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Air Emissions Testing. The contractor shall complete the requirements for the maintenance, inspection, testing, and/or calibration of the Electrical Power Distribution System and all of its components at the Alexandria VA Health Care System. Work will be performed for the Alexandria VA Health Care System, 2495 Shreveport Hwy 71 North, Pineville, LA, 71360. Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and No Later Than Monday 3:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 08/18/2025. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the close date from 08/27/2025 3:00 PM CST to 08/29/2025 3:00 PM CST. 2. Post the updated solicitation that reflects the updated Period of Performance from 60 days to 180 days. 3. Post the answers to the questions that were asked. 4. Post the one line diagram.

The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend the close date from 08/29/2025 3:00 PM CST to 09/03/2025 3:00 PM CST. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
