The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111-5152 is soliciting quotations for Small Business total set-aside for the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Salt Lake City, UT Elevator Inspection and Testing Services IAW the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations and technical statements/documents are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed priced Base Plus 4 Option Years service contract.
