From Sources Sought posted on Dec 22, 2025PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price, base plus four (4) option year contract to LBT Diagnostic Radiation Physics Consulting Ltd, SAM UEI XRT7H1NWC918 at VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) located at 6900 N. Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086. This is an intent to sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent to sole source and synopsis of the proposed action. The solicitation for this action will be posted to Contract Opportunities, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
