Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 20, is conducting market research for a service contract for Elevator Inspection Services, Portland and Vancouver. Work is located at the VA Medical Ctr-Portland - Portland campus, 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Rd., Portland, OR 97239-2964 and the VA Medical Ctr-Vancouver campus, 1601 E Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, WA 98661. For the principal components of work see the attached draft statement of work. Documents are currently in draft state and industry comment / suggestions are greatly encouraged and welcomed. Sources are being sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, PSC H339 Inspection Materials Handling Equipment and a with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.5 million.
