This is a Set-Aside Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSBs must be listed and certified at SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ to receive contract awards. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Air Flow and Pressure Balance Testing. The Contractor shall provide Air Flow and Pressure Balance Testing in accordance with the details outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work will be performed for Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), AR, 72114.
