DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 21 (NCO 21) Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). VA Central California Health Care System has an immediate need for Fire Door Inspection Services at 2615 E Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703-2223. Solicitation Number 36C26125Q0786 for this effort will be posted to SAM.GOV (https://sam.gov) on or about July 29, 2025. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications and information necessary to quote the project. See solicitation for when questions must be submitted. Quotes are tentatively scheduled to be due on Friday, August 8th, 2025 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date). System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Examples include 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance, and paragraph (d) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Contracting officers will not consider these representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.

This amendment is to extend the Receipt of Offers to 08/15/2025 at 13:00 and to add CLINs 0003,1003,2003,3003,4003 in accordance with the updated Statement of Work. See attached for the price schedule and updated statement of work.
