This amendment is issued to revise the original Notice of Intent to Sole Source posted for maintenance services for the Schneider Electric Intelligent Automation (I/A) Building Automation System Maintenance at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, located at 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane WA 99205. After conducting additional market research, the Government will no longer pursue a sole source acquisition and intends to proceed with competitive, open-market procurement for these services. The forthcoming solicitation will be issued under NAICS Code 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors (Size Standard: $19.0 million).
