The U.S. Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires is issuing a Guam Defense System (GDS) Request for Solutions Brief (RFSB) with the intent of awarding one (1) Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (pOTA) in accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C. 4022. Only U.S. companies with the ability to process and store SECRET information and hardware are eligible to submit a solutions brief.
