August 26, 2025 - On July 8, 2025, the GSA s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories closed the OASIS+ Phase II Request for Information (RFI) for the new indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) best-in-class (BIC) multi-agency contract (MAC) program. The RFI was posted on SAM.gov on June 17, 2025. GSA received more than 1200 responses to the RFI that sought feedback from services providers within Industry to develop evaluation criteria (scoring cards) and refine technical capabilities for five new potential domains, namely: Financial Services, Human Capital, Marketing and Public Relations, Social Services, and Business Administration. In addition, the agency received over 240 questions via the Phase II Questions In-take form.
