The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Grounds Maintenance Services, Cape Cod Canal, Buzzards Bay, MA. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE.
