AI-generated · Sep 28, 2025

Market research to identify potential sources with repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide a level three technical data package, an intermediate level maintenance manual, sustaining engineering, and recurring service/maintenance support for the Ground Handling Operation and Support Trailer (GHOST). The government needs the TDP to provision and maintain the trailer and requires an I-Level maintenance manual with procedures for US maintainers to service and repair the GHOST, along with sustaining engineering and depot-level maintenance support. The required security clearance level and the extent of foreign participation have not yet been determined.

The government does not own the data for the GHOST trailer and this is not a commercial item. Contractors must furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services, and are responsible for providing, maintaining, and calibrating all support equipment at their facility or a subcontractor’s facility. Replacement parts must meet or exceed the quality of the original. United Aeronautical Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer. This is an RFI for planning purposes only and not a solicitation; no solicitation document exists yet and a formal solicitation may or may not be issued.
